Tampering window open … With the start of the 2015 NFL football year set to open at 4 PM ET on Tuesday, teams are now permitted to discuss contract parameters with players set to become unrestricted free agents. Players can’t actually formally sign any free agents until Tuesday but can have an agreement in place.
