Deadline passes; no big deals … The NFL trade deadline passed at this hour with no major deals, although it is possible that are late deals that haven’t yet been announced. In one that was, Kansas City sent Canadian OG Laurent Duvernay-Tardif to the NY Jets in exchange for TE Dan Brown.
Texans trade DE to Niners … While Houston isn’t going to trade embattled QB DeShaun Watson, at least before today’s trade deadline, the Texans did make a minor deal today, sending veteran DE Charles Omenihu to San Francisco in exchange for what is being described as a 6th round pick in 2023.

Texans get 7th rounder from Saints for RB Ingram … This week’s trade between Houston and New Orleans in which the Texans sent RB Mark Ingram to the Saints was confirmed by the NFL earlier today. In exchange, the Texans will get a 7th round pick in 2024 from the Saints.
