Browns, Texans swap 3rd day picks … Cleveland and Houston have made a pre-draft in which the Browns send a 5th-round pick this year (#166) along with a 5th in 2027 to Houston in exchange for a pair of 6 rounders (#s 179 and 216) and a 7th (#255).
