Cards get star WR Hopkins in deal with Texans … In a somewhat surprising move Houston sent star WR DeAndre Hopkins to Arizona in exchange for RB David Johnson. In addition to Johnson, the Texans will get a second-round pick this year, the 40th pick overall, and a fourth-round selection in 2021, while the Cardinals will get a 4th round pick to be determined as the Texans have two, their own (#131) as well as the 111th from Miami. Interesting deal for the Cardinals who get a go-to receiver for rookie QB Kyler Murray; indeed, there was speculation that the Cardinals would be looking to draft one of the top WRs with the 8th pick overall at the upcoming draft.
