Bucks take care of business; set up epic UM clash next week … Any drama in this afternoon’s virtual elimination game between #4 Ohio State and #7 Michigan State dissipated pretty quickly as the Buckeyes scored the first four times they had the ball and led 28-0 before the second quarter was a minute old. And it didn’t get much better for the Spartans from there with Ohio State winning 56-7. That sets up a potentially classic showdown between Ohio State and Michigan next Saturday in Ann Arbor with a spot in the Big Ten championship game, not to mention the CFP playoff on the line. The Buckeyes were paced by a brilliant Heisman worthy performance by redshirt freshman QB C.J. Stroud who shredded the MSU pass defense completing 32 of 35 passes for 432 yards and 6 scores. On the other hand, MSU RB Kenneth Walker, the Spartans’ Heisman candidate who came into the game leading the nation in rushing, simply never had a chance as he had just 6 carries for 25 yards and was literally taken out of the game by the score.
