Buckeyes’ #1 in first CFP playoff ranking … In a bit of a surprise, Ohio State was #1 when the first CFP playoff rankings were announced earlier this evening. The Buckeyes edged out two-time national champion Georgia for the top spot, with Michigan at #3, Florida State in at #4 and Washington at #5. At the same time, Oregon, Texas and Alabama are the top-ranked one-loss teams.
