Bruins WR Howard headed to OU … Former UCLA WR Theo Howard announced some time ago that he would be transferring for his final year of eligibility and after talking with what seemed like half the schools in the country has confirmed that he’ll be an Oklahoma Sooner next fall. As a grad transfer, Howard will be eligible immediately. Howard, a 5-11, 185-pound possession receiver who had over 50 catches in each of the 2017 and 2018 seasons but barely played last fall because of a hand injury,, had been considered to be a mid-round type prospect for the 2020 draft had he completed his eligibility at UCLA.
