Browns give up on RB West; send him to Titans for late rounder … Cleveland has shipped second-year RB Terrance West to Tennessee for a conditional 7th round pick at the 2016 draft. West was a third-round pick in 2014 and played reasonably well last fall at times as a rookie, but frustrated the Browns’ coaching staff with his inconsistency. Meanwhile, the Titans needed some depth at RB after they placed rookie RB David Cobb on recallable IR; Cobb, the Titans’ 5th round pick this year will be eligible to play after 8 weeks this season.
