Browns first to announce cuts … Cleveland appears to be the first team to formally announce some of their roster moves to get down to tomorrow’s 53-man opening day limit. The Browns released 18 players earlier this afternoon, but still have 12 more to release between now and 4pm ET tomorrow. So far, though, the Browns did not release any of their 2017 draft picks.
