Browns get Cincy OC as new head coach … For those that missed it last evening, Cleveland has signed Hue Jackson to be the team’s new head coach. Jackson, who had a previous head coaching stint with Oakland in 2011, has been offensive co-ordinator with Cincinnati the past several years. With the hiring of Jackson, who has is known as something of a ‘QB whisperer’ there is increased specualtion that the Browns will use the #2 pick overall at the 2016 draft on a QB such as juniors Jared Goff of California or Paxton Lynch of Memphis. Meanwhile, after something of an exhaustive search, the Giants ultimately stayed in house to replace Tom Coughlin by promoting offensive co-ordinator Ben McAdoo to their vacant head coaching position.
