Browns buzzing … There’s still pretty much a dearth of buzz around the NFL with less than 36 hours to go until the start of the 2025 draft tomorrow evening. The one place where there does appear to be just a hint of juice is maybe Cleveland. For weeks, almost all the talk out of Cleveland regarding the 2nd overall pick this year centered around Travis Hunter who appeared to be something of a lock at that spot. The betting around the league is still that the former Colorado star will be the Browns’ pick tomorrow night, but in just the past few days people around Cleveland have been wondering ‘what if the Browns traded the #2 pick?’ something to which the organization has hinted at being amenable toward. And looking down the board there would appear to be a number of teams that would love to add a playmaker like Hunter. At the same time, there have also been just the faintest of whispers in Cleveland that Hunter’s Colorado teammate Shedeur Sanders could still possibly be in play. Fortunately, we won’t have to wait long to find out, but figure the drama tomorrow night could start as early as the 2nd pick. Stay tuned!
