Browns’ #2 pick arrested on domestic assault … Cleveland rookie RB Quinshon Judkins was arrested overnight in Florida and on charges of battery and domestic violence which, for the record, are misdemeanors. Judkins, who played at Ohio State last fall after transferring from Mississippi, was the 36th player taken in this past April’s draft and like most of the players selected in this year’s second round still has not signed. For the moment, neither the Browns nor the league have commented on the situation other than to say they are gathering more information.
