Bonus coverage … As noted earlier this week, there’s really only one key game in college football today – and even that’s a bit of a stretch – when #15 Michigan plays at #18 Oklahoma later this evening. One game we will be checking out this afternoon is the renewal of the Kansas-Missouri border war (3:30 PM, ESPN2) which is being played for the first time since the Tigers left the Big XII for the SEC. And the player worth the look in this one is Missouri OL Cayden Green (#70, 6-4, 325), who’ll actually be playing LT for the Tigers today, but is considered to be one of, if not THE top interior offensive line prospects for 2026. Meanwhile, if Missouri S Jalen Catalon (#6, 5-10, 205) looks and sounds familiar it is because he’s playing in his 7th season of college football for his 4th program. In fact, he’s back in the SEC after starting his career at Arkansas where he emerged as a promising future prospect, but has battled injuries much of the time since. he eventually transferred to Texas for a year where again he was slowed by injuries but had a bounce back year at UNLV last year when he posted almost 100 tackles and picked off 5 passes.
