If the draft were held today, the 49ers would have the first pick overall as the 49ers’ strength of schedule based on their opponents’ collective W-L record (.494) is weaker than that of Cleveland (.506) and the Giants (.520), although the actual statistical difference those figures isn’t all that significant this early in the campaign.
