Bolts sign Ravens exec as new GM … The LA Chargers completed the makeover at the top of their football ops org chart by hiring long-time Baltimore exec Joe Hortiz as the team’s new general manager. Hortiz, of course, will now be paired with new coach Jim Harbaugh who was hired by the Chargers last week. Hortiz, who is actually still just 48, has been with the Ravens for the past 26 years, beginning as a football personnel assistant before ultimately working his way up to director of player personnel.
