Bengals place top pick on PUP; IR another cut 2 picks … The deadline for NFL teams to be down to their 53-man opening day rosters just passed, although as far as we can tell no team had actually announced their cuts before the deadline passed. However, Cincinnati has become the first to make their moves known and ended up making four moves involving their 2019 draft class.
