Bengals lose 6th pick to ACL; cut 11 … Cincinnati became the first team to formally announce some of their cuts prior to tomorrow’s deadline to get down to the opening day 53-man roster as the Bengals released 11 players. That still leaves the Bengals with 26 players to move, although one appears to be RB Rodney Anderson, the team’s 6th round pick at this year’s draft who reportedly tore an ACL in last night’s pre-season finale against Indianapolis. Anderson will almost assuredly now spend the year on IR. Unfortunately for Anderson this is not his first ACL injury as he suffered the same injury last September while he was in college at Oklahoma.
