Bears stay in-house for top college scout … Chicago has reportedly named veteran scout Mark Sadowski as the team’s new director of college scouting. He replaces Joe Douglas who left the team to become personnel director at Philadelphia. Sadowski was the Bears’ senior national scout last year.
