Bears get vet OG from Rams for late pick … Chicago has reportedly agreed to a trade with the LA Rams in which the Bears will acquire veteran OG Jonah Jackson in exchange for a 6th round pick. However, the deal won’t become official until the start of the new league year on March 12. Jackson was signed to a big contract extension at this time last year by the Rams, but didn’t play much this past fall. If healthy, though, he is a solid player with 61 career starts started 61 games in his career including a Pro Bowl campaign in 2021.
