Bears pick new GM … Chicago has hired Ryan Pace to become the team’s general manager. The 37-year-old Pace spent the past two years as the director of player personnel with New Orleans after spending the previous 6 years as the Saints’ director of pro scouting. Pace replaces Phil Emery, who was fired by the Bears late last month in the wake of a very disappointing5-11 year in Chicago.
