Baylor QB Russell carted off against OU with ankle injury … Updating the status of Baylor QB Seth Russell, who was carted off the field in today’s game against Oklahoma, Russell suffered a dislocated ankle. More tests are planned but it is expected that Russell will miss the rest of the season. Russell also suffered a season-ending injury last year when he fractured a vertebra in his neck. The injury eventually required surgery, but he was cleared to play again over the summer.
