Panthers first to 53 as deadline looms … Carolina appears to be the first team to have formally announced their roster cuts to get down to today’s 53-man opening day limit. For the record, it appears that all 8 of the Panthers 2025 draft picks made the roster.
Falcons get vet OL from ‘Hawks for late conditional pick … Atlanta has reportedly acquired veteran back-up G/T Michael Jerrell from Seattle in exchange for a conditional 7th round pick in 2027.
Saints get vet OL depth with future late pick swap … New Orleans added some depth their somewhat beleagured offensive line by acquiring veteran back-up G/T Asim Richards from Dallas. As compensation the teams will swap 6th and 7th round picks in 2028 with the Cowboys getting a #6 and the Saints a #7.
Colts get vet CB Blackmon from Vikes for 6th … Indianapolis has acquired veteran CB Mekhi Blackmon from Minnesota in exchange for a 6th round pick in 2026.
Rams get really future pick for OG Leveston … Cleveland has acquired OG KT Leveston from the LA Rams in exchange for a 7th round pick in 2028.
