Sun Devil QB Daniels to transfer … One of the stories we overlooked a little this week is the fact that rising Arizona State junior QB Jayden Daniels, who figures to be an interesting prospect for the 2023 draft, has confirmed that he has entered the transfer portal. Daniels had originally indicated he would be back with the Sun Devils next fall, but changed his mind with the program in some disarray because of some recruiting issues. The 6-3, 185-pound Daniels, a dual-threat type who also ran for over 700 yards this past season, had 32 TD passes versus 13 picks over the first three years of his career.
