Duck 5T DE enters draft … Oregon has announced that junior DE Arik Armstead will forego his final year of eligibility and enter the 2015 draft where he is projected to be a late first or early second round prospect. Armstead, who is listed at 6-8, 296 could get looks as either a 3-4 DE or 4-3 DT by NFL teams. Meanwhile, the NFL is still waiting to hear from Ducks QB Marcus Mariota and DE DeForest Buckner. At the same time, there are unconfirmed reports that UCLA junior DT Ellis McCarthy is close to announcing that he will also be entering the upcoming draft. Underclassmen have until the end of business on Thursday to file paperwork with the NFL to be eligible for the upcoming draft.
