Another busy day in Indy … Its day three at the annual scouting combine in Indianapolis where we are getting closer to the on-field drills which get underway tomorrow when the offensive linemen and running backs hit the field for their physical testing and positional drills. Today, though, the offensive linemen and RBs will undergo strength testing including the bench press, which is particularly important for the former group; the OL and RBs will also meet with the Players’ Association and undergo further psychological testing. Meanwhile, the QBs and WRs will go though the measurement process; they’ll also undergo more medical tests, as well as some psychological testing. At the same time, the defensive linemen and LBs will go through their first full day of activity in Indianapolis including registration and orientation as well some preliminary medical tests including basic x-rays. Of course, while all of that is going on teams will continue to interview specific players with each team allowed 15-minute visits with up to 60 players over the week.
