Texans latest to sign top pick; three #1 still unsigned … Houston has reportedly signed former Notre Dame WR Will Fuller, the Texans’ opening round pick at the 2016 draft. Fuller, who was taken with the 21st player selected this past April, signed a4-year deal worth close to $11M with a club option for a 5th season. The remaining unsigned 2016 first-rounders are San Diego DE Joey Bosa, New York Jets OLB Darron Lee, and San Francisco OG Josh Garnett.
