Big day in the NFL … It is of course Super Bowl Sunday with the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots set to KO the 60th edition of the big game at 6:30 PM ET later this evening in San Francisco. And no we couldn’t give a rat’s petunia who is singing a couple of songs at half-time, or for that matter, who has ever done so. What we do care about is that the final two spots in the opening round selection order for the 2026 draft – now less than 75 days away – will be settled tonight with the Super Bowl winner getting the 32nd pick in each round, while the loser gets the 31st selection.
