OB QB Mateer, LB Lewis to return … We kind of figured when there was no word on his entering the draft when the underclassman declaration deadline passed earlier this week, but Oklahoma has finally confirmed that star QB John Mateer will in fact be back with the Sooners next fall. He’ll be joined in the programs lineup by rising LB Kip Lewis.
