Draft deadline day for underclassmen … Underclassmen planning on entering the 2026 draft have until 4 PM ET later today to file paperwork with the NFL in order to be eligible to be selected this year. In fact, just about all the usual suspects have declared in one way or another with QBs Dante Moore of Oregon and Oklahoma’s John Mateer the only real exceptions, along with potential prospects from Miami and Indiana who play in Monday’s CFP national game, but they have an extension until the 23rd to apply to the league. Once today’s deadline passes, underclassmen have a 72-hour window to withdraw their applications.
