One TE enters draft; another transfers … We had kind of been expecting to maybe hear from at least a few of the underclassmen from the 4 CFP quarter final losing teams considering tossing their names into the 2026 draft, especially because those losing teams include Ohio State. Alabama and Georgia which are 1-2-3 in terms of having players drafted the past few years. However, so far its been crickets, although several reserve players on those teams have said they’ll be transferring. In fact, it appears that the only player to have committed to the draft this day is Texas junior TE Jack Endries one of the top 2-3 candidates at that position. On the other hand, Texas Tech TE Terrence Carter has announced that he’ll be back with the red Raiders next fall.
