Eagles stay busy; add vet OT Johnson, trade ER Kinnard to Pack … At least based on their activity earlier today, the defending Super Bowl champions aren’t going to rest on their laurels. After trading for back-up QB Sam Howell earlier in the day, Philadelphia made a couple of more deals this evening re-acquiring veteran back-up OT Fred Johnson from Jacksonville and sending veteran ER/OLB Darian Kinnard to Green Bay. To complete the deals the Eagles sent a 2026 seventh-round pick to the Jaguars for Johnson and received a 2027 sixth-round pick for Kinnard.
