OL, RB weigh-in numbers posted … Courtesy of Steelers Depot, here are the numbers from today’s weigh-in/measurement sessions for the offensive line and RBs. And while they still have to prove they can play at the next level, this year’s offensive linemen are at least a pretty good looking group. Notre Dame OT Ronnie Stanley, a potential top 10 candidate for this year’s opening round, for example, ckecked all the boxes as he measured in at 6-6, 312 with long arms (over 35.3 inches) and huge hands (over 10.5″). On the other hand, there wasn’t much special about the measurables of Ole Miss OT Laremy Tunsil who measured in at 6-5, 310 with 34.25 inch arms and 10-inch hands. In fact, there were three offensive linemen – Texas Tech OT LeRavn Clark, Texas A&M G/T Germaine Ifedi and West Georgia OT Dom Robertson – with at least 36-inch arms. There was also a bit of a contrast among the top two RBs for this year’s draft. On one hand, Ohio State’s Zeke Elliott looked the part as he weighed in at 6-0, 225 with 10-inch plus hands. On the other hand, a few eyebrows were raised when Alabama’s Derrick Henry weighed in at 247 pounds, somewhat more than expected, while his hands were among the smallest among the backs at 8.75 inches.
