Key tests for CFP contenders as college football hits the homestretch … With just three weeks and the conference championship games to in the regular college schedule, it is looking more and more, barring any major upsets, that there are really only 5 teams – Georgia, Florida State, Washington, Ohio State and Michigan – in the running for the 4 spots in this year’s CFP playoffs. However, four of those 5 are facing rather tricky tests this weekend with Michigan playing at Penn State, Georgia hosting #9 Mississippi, Washington facing pesky Utah and Florida State hosting in-state rival Miami. And needless to say, there will be plenty of top prospects for the 2024 draft playing in those games; here’s who we’ll be watching.
