Major rule change lets juniors play in star games … In a major change for the NFL scouting community, league officials announced earlier today that juniors who have entered the draft will be allowed to play in the postseason all-star games such as the Senior Bowl and East-West Shrine games. Prior to this year only juniors who had already graduated could participate in the all-star games.
