Falcon wr flies off to NFKL

Falcon WR flying off to NFL ... Bowling Green sophomore WR Roger Lewis has announced he will be entering the 2016 draft. For those who have not heard of Lewis, he’s been a super-productive big-play receiver in his two years with the Falcons. This past season, for example, the 6-1, 200-pound Lewis, who projects to run in the 4.5 range at pre-draft testing had 85 receptions for over 1,500 yards and 16 scores after grabbing 73 for almost 1,100 yards as a freshman. Note that while he’s technically just a sophomore, Lewis is eligible to enter this year’s draft as he spent a year at a prep school after graduating from high school. Meanwhile, Mississppi junior QB Chad Kelly and junior RBs Donnel Pumphrey of San Diego State and Louisiana-Lafayette’s Elijah McGuire have confirmed they will be returning to school. Underclassmen have until next Monday to file paperwork with the NFL in order to be included in the 2016 draft.
