As the QB turns: Post Hallowe’en edition … Just a couple of updates to yesterday’s report on QBs issues around the league that could ultimately impact the 2024 draft. Atlanta will reportedly start veteran journeyman Taylor Heinicke when the Falcons host Minnesota on Sunday. Heinicke replaces Desmond Ridder, the 2022 third rounder who has been starting up to now and is reportedly healthy. Meanwhile, amid all the chaos of the firing of head coach Josh McDaniels and GM Dave Zeigler late last night, there are reports that Las Vegas will in fact start rookie Aiden O’Connell Sunday afternoon when the Raiders host the Giants. Both moves also suggest that both Atlanta and Las Vegas could very well be looking at the QB position when the 2024 draft gets underway. For the record, if the draft were held today, the 3-5 Raiders would have the 8th pick overall while the 4-4 Falcons would pick 19th
