Positional rankings updated … A little later than we had planned, but the GBN positional rankings have now all been updated. Perhaps the biggest changes were at safety, although this is still not a particularly talented or deep year at the position. In putting together the latest rankings – and we make the point that while we do incorporate our own analysis, as much as possible these rankings reflect as close as possible based on the latest intel where NFL teams generally have players rated – the one thing that really jumped out was the depth at several positions this year including the cornerbacks, defensive tackles, wide receivers and, to a slightly lesser extent, the offensive tackles. Note an updated GBN Big Board ranking the top 150 or so prospects should be posted within the next day or so.
