Texans sign #2 pick … Houston has reportedly come to terms with former Ohio State QB C.J. Stroud, the second player selected at the 2023 draft. Stroud signed a standard 4-year deal worth a reported $36M. With this signing just two 2023 first round picks remain unsigned: Indianapolis QB Anthony Richardson and Seattle CB Devon Witherspoon, who were selected with the 4th and 5th picks respectively.
