Lions get vet Jets WR Mims for future pick flip … Detroit has acquired veteran WR Denzel Mims from the New York Jets in exchange for a swap of 2025 late round picks. The Jets will get a conditional 6th round pick from the Lions while Detroit will get a 7th from the Jets. The condition for 6th round pick is that Mims makes the Lions’ opening day 53-man roster. Which is a little weird. If I am reading that correctly, if Mims does not make the Lions roster, the Jets will not get anything, while the Lions will still get a 7th. We’ll follow-up on that one.
