Majority of 2023 picks now signed … According to a report on NBC Sports’ Pro Football Talk that with training camps still just over a month from opening, the majority of players chosen at the 2023 draft have signed with their respective teams. Per the report, as of this weekend, just 31 players taken at this past April’s draft are still unsigned. The unsigned include 9 players taken in the opening round including the three QBs – Bryce Young by Carolina, Houston’s CJ Stroud and Anthony Richardson of Indianapolis – selected within the first four picks. Interestingly, there are actually more unsigned players from this year’s second round with 14 still to come to terms; that’s because agents are pushing for more guaranteed money for players selected in the second round.
