CFL schedule kicks off … The 2023 CFL regular season gets underway later Thursday evening when the B.C. Lions play the Stampeders in Calgary with kick-off set for 9 PM ET. The rest of the Canadian leagues opening week schedule sets up with Hamilton playing at Winnipeg on Friday, Ottawa travels to Montreal on Saturday, with Saskatchewan wrapping up the week with a date in Edmonton on Sunday. The defending Grey Cup champion Toronto Argos get the bye this week; they’ll open defence of their title a week from Sunday when they host Hamilton. Here is the full CFL schedule for the year which wraps up with the 110th playing of the Grey Cup game in Hamilton on November 19th. CFL games, of course, are available on TSN in Canada; however, Canadian league games in the U.S. have migrated from ESPN to CBS Sports which will carry 34 games this fall on cable. It is our understanding, though, that the actual slate of games to be carried on cable is still being worked out; same for the streaming rights for the remainder of the schedule.
