Colts, Eagles ace draft on Pigskin report card … As a general rule we don’t really like to grade drafts here at the GBN. And its not that you have to wait 2-3 years. That’s something quite different in that 2-3 years down the road one can grade a draft based on how it turned out. What we are talking about two days out from a draft is ‘did teams make values or not’ and that’s a tough thing to do because outside the NFL its hard to know what the real value of the various picks are. So what we have done here – and GBN Associate Editor Pigskin Paul Guillemette has bravely taken on the job – is give our best estimate of which teams we thought did well based on the information we do have. And with a couple of days of sober reflection of who did what this past weekend, Pigskin has awarded the two highest grades to the Indianapolis Colts and Philadelphia Eagles.
