Titans, Browns get top two picks … Losses to Indianapolis and Pittsburgh in the their final regular season games mean that Tennessee and Cleveland will have the first and second picks respectively when the 2016 draft kicks off in just 114 days. The rest of the top picks in this year’s draft won’t be decided though until after the late afternoon games. As usual, the full first-round selection order will be updated after tonight’s final regular season game.
