UNC WR Downs enters draft … North Carolina 3rd year junior WR Josh Downs has confirmed that he will be entering the 2023 draft where figures to be either a late-first or early second round pick. Downs isn’t all that big at 5-10, 175, but he’s got sub-4.4 speed and was very productive for the Heels catching 195 passes for over 2,300 yards and 19 TDs over the past couple of seasons.
