Wolfpack QB out for year … Just a few hours after North Carolina State indicated that star QB Devin Leary would not play in this evening’s game at Syracuse, the program confirmed that Leary will in fact miss the rest of the year with a torn pectoral muscle that will require surgery. Leary had been considered to be a very good second-tier prospect for the 2023 draft. Leary is technically a 5th year senior but is listed as a redshirt junior by NC State and likely has another year of eligibility. That could leave Leary with a tough decision. Return to school for another season or enter the draft anyway. Stay tuned.
