Terp OLB enters draft … Maryland junior edge rusher Yannick Ngakoue has announced that he will forego his final season of eligibility and enter the 2016 draft. The 6-2, 250-pound Ngakoue, who figures to play as a 3-4 OLB at the next level, was the second leading sacker in major college football this season with 14, all the while playing on a 3-9 team.
