UNC QB Howell enters draft … North Carolina junior QB Sam Howell has confirmed that he will be foregoing his remaining college eligibility and entering the 2022 draft. Howell entered the season rated as a possible top 5 pick this year, but saw his draft stock tumble somewhat after as a result of an inconsistent campaign, although he is still considered to be a late first-round candidate. For the record, Howell completed just 62.5% of his passes this fall as he threw for 24 scores and 9 picks.
