Wolfpack QB Strong heading to Mobile … A day after he announced that he was turning pro, Nevada QB Carson Strong was confirmed as an accepted invite at the Senior Bowl. Indeed, the Senior Bowl QB-room keeps getting better as Strong will be joining other top prospects at the position including Kenny Pickett of Pitt, Liberty’s Malik Willis, Desmond Ridder of Cincinnati along with Western Kentucky’s Bailey Zappe who led all of college football in passing this year with over 5,500 yards. Strong is also one of two Senior Bowl roster additions announced today; the other is CB Zyon McCollum of Sam Houston State, a rangy 6-4 small school star, who was a rare 5-year starter in college who was named an FCS All-American three times.
