Star A&M DT Leal to enter draft … Texas A&M junior DT DeMarvin Leal announced via Instagram earlier today that he will be foregoing his fi nal year of eligibility and entering the 2022 draft where he projects to be a top 10-15 pick. The 6-4, 290-pound Leal, who is currently ranked 7th overall on the GBN Big Board, had 58 tackles this fall including 8.5 sacks and 4 other tackles for loss. In fact, with most schools now done for the season other than their bowl games, it is expected that the number of underclassmen declaring their intentions for the 2022 draft will start to ramp up.
