Top prospect out for Buckeyes game … Oregon played it close to the vest all week, but in the end DE Kayvon Thibodeaux, arguably the top prospect overall for the 2022 draft, did not suit up for today’s big game in Columbus versus 3rd ranked Ohio State. Thibodeaux sprained an ankle early in the Ducks’ season opener last week against Fresno State and Oregon held out hope all week that he would be able to play. However, the All-American edge rusher has not felt comfortable on it all week and Oregon opted to give him time to rest before the start of conference play.
